We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website and the Cadence app. This website is a purely informational page: it contains no contact form, no newsletter and no tracking or analytics services. The Cadence app does not process any data outside your device.

2. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS SE processes, on our behalf, the data required to provide the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with IONOS SE, ensuring processing that complies with the contract and with data protection requirements.
When the website is accessed, the host automatically collects information in so-called server log files transmitted by your browser. This includes in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file retrieved
- Browser used and, where applicable, the operating system
- The previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted
This data serves the technical delivery, security and stability of the website and is not combined with other data sources. The log files are deleted automatically after a short time.
3. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (in particular your email address and the content of your message) solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where your inquiry relates to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was processed, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
4. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers, and no data is transmitted to external providers (such as Google Fonts).
5. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use cookies for analytics, marketing or tracking purposes and does not use any web analytics services. No user profiles are created.
6. Privacy in the Cadence app
The Cadence app is built to work without any data processing by us. We do not operate a server for the app and do not receive any data from your device whatsoever.
- Your sessions, settings and sound preferences are stored exclusively locally in your device's storage.
- This data is never transmitted to us or to third parties.
- The app requires neither an account nor a sign-in.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking libraries are integrated. No user profiles are created.
- Notifications about phase changes are generated exclusively locally on your device.
- If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is removed along with it.
Obtaining the app through Google Play takes place through Google's own systems. Which data Google collects in doing so is outside our sphere of influence; Google's privacy notices apply in that regard.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Subject to the applicable statutory requirements, you have the following rights:

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
Irrespective of the above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia). However, you may also contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence.
